Waste-to-energy uses trash as a fuel for generating power, just as other power plants use coal, oil, or natural gas. The burning fuel heats water into steam that drives a turbine to create electricity. The process can reduce a community’s landfill volume by up to 90 percent, and prevent one ton of carbon dioxide release for every ton of waste burned. What Is Waste? Using waste as a combustion material can reduce landfill volumes by more than 90 percent. Waste to Energy prevents one ton of CO2 release for every ton of waste burned and eliminates methane that would have leaked with landfill disposal. Best practices rely on the "three Rs": Reuse, Reduce, Recycle. Recycling plastics, glass, paper, metals, and wood from the waste stream reduces the carbon and pollutants created in the burn process. Materials such as kitchen refuse, bio waste, and commercial garbage are ideal for combustion. Municipal Solid Waste Management in West Bengal

Digital India, the mission has initiated by the government of India and I-T based Start-Ips have been appreciating to provide tax concession, present for 3 years but perhaps can extend yo 7 years in this financial budget for the financial year 2017-18. And to encourage the early Start-Ups, government has created a fund if INR 10,000 crore, which is controlled by SIDBI. There are amole scope of GDP growth as well as new employment generation so far.

But, one basic question automatically arise that most of the new Start-Up is a clonebof popular Start-Up and how they will resolve the fundamental necessacity of poor people of the country....there are basic problems as such food security, financial security, question of poor health and it's utility service to the ground kevel. Education is another area to improve, infrastructure, means speed if internet and accessibility is a major problem there in the nation. So, if each area is considered separately and can bring them under a common frame level by level then it can say that Start-Ups will get a bug space in terms if revenue earnings as well as doing social service to make a developing nation into a developed one.
